What we collect
When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery/pickup address. If you contact us or leave a review, we store what you send us. We do not collect or store any payment card details — we're cash-only, so we never see or hold your banking information.
Why we collect it
We use your details to create and manage your account, process your order quotes, arrange payment and pickup, send order status updates, and respond to messages or reviews. If you opt in, we'll also use your email or browser push subscription to let you know about pop-up events or when your order is ready.
Where it's stored
This website is self-hosted by us, on our own equipment, here in Australia. Your data is not sent to, stored in, or processed by any servers outside Australia, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties.
Cookies
We use a single secure session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can view and update most of your details anytime from your account page. If you'd like your data corrected or deleted, or have any questions about how we handle it, just get in touch via our contact page and we'll sort it out.
